Terms of Service

Last updated: August 25, 2026

These terms describe the general rules for using Doodlepad. By using the service, you agree to them.

Using Doodlepad

Doodlepad provides parent-guided educational planning, practice activities, and worksheet-generation tools. You may use the service only in accordance with applicable laws and these terms. If you use Doodlepad for a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent or guardian, or that you otherwise have authority to supervise and consent to that use.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for safeguarding your Google account, family access code, and active sessions. Information supplied to Doodlepad should be accurate and should not include personal information that is unnecessary for learning. Notify us if you believe an account or access code has been compromised.

Educational and AI-generated content

Doodlepad supports learning but does not replace a qualified teacher, tutor, or professional adviser. Content may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and can contain spelling, factual, visual, or instructional errors. A parent or educator should review generated material before relying on it or giving it to a child.

Your content

You retain any rights you have in prompts and other material you submit. You give Doodlepad permission to process, store, reproduce, and transform that material only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Doodlepad. This includes attempting to disrupt or bypass security, access another person's information, use automated systems in a way that burdens the service, upload malicious material, generate unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Doodlepad materials

Doodlepad's software, branding, designs, and original service materials belong to Doodlepad or its licensors. These terms allow you to use the service and print generated worksheets for personal or educational purposes. They do not transfer ownership of Doodlepad's platform or branding.

Third-party services

Doodlepad depends on third-party services such as Google Cloud, Google sign-in, and Vercel. Their services may be governed by separate terms and may occasionally be unavailable or changed.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of Doodlepad, including experimental or early-access features. We may also establish reasonable usage limits. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimer

Doodlepad is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that generated content will be complete, accurate, suitable for a particular curriculum, or free from errors.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Doodlepad will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Doodlepad at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent misuse, or operate the service. Account holders may request deletion of their information by contacting us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update means that you accept the updated terms.
